This is your basic, classic hummus in all it’s low-fat glory! Use as a dip, in wraps or thin down for a delicious dressing.
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, peeled
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ cup hot water
Place all ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down sides as necessary.

This is a lemony hummus! You might want to start with half the lemon juice, and add more after you taste it.
Hot water helps make the hummus smoother and fluffier. The hummus will be warm, so chill before enjoying if you prefer it cold.
